Study: Walking exercises is best for the treatment of stress and anxiety


     A scientific study conducted by a group of scientists at the University of New York, the US has shown that walking exercises on a daily basis helps to protect against the dangers of exposure to anxiety and stress, it also works to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety by a large margin.

Dr. Wendy Suzuki, a researcher at the University at New York University and a scientific team members who conducted the study said the walk had a better effect on the mental health volunteers to people who have been conducting research on them.

The study tested the effect of walking, aerobics, heavy on the mental health of the body and sports exercises, they were conducted those tests on 41 healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 26 years.

The outcome of the study showed that walking exercise greater impact exercises to improve the mental health of a person as they help get rid of the problem of anxiety and tension.

The study report said that he noticed during training sessions that have been conducted on volunteer people that there is a significant decline in mood and negative emotions and anxiety when participants but the largest proportion of the improved mood observed during walking exercises.
