    A recent US study, warned that the lack of human get enough sleep during the night, it affects the efficiency of the immune system, which fights disease

  The study conducted by researchers at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Washington, and published their results in the journal “Sleep” scientific.

  To access the results of the study, the research team took blood samples from a number of people, they have different patterns of sleep.

  The researchers found that the body get enough sleep, it is estimated at 7 hours, making the functions of the immune system work better, and it affects the public health.

 They also found that the results showed for the first time that the lack of sleep for long periods, working to stop programs on immune response of white blood cells.

  The researchers said that “This study provides further evidence that good sleep is reflected on public health, particularly the efficiency of the immune system.

  Previous research confirmed, that getting enough sleep at night, which is about 7 to 8 hours per day, improves the overall health of the body and shield them from disease and especially diabetes, obesity and kidney failure.

  She added that the lack of sleep, increases the risk of men infected cardiovascular disease, stroke, and pay people to excessive intake of drinks that contain caffeine and sugar in abundance, such as soft drinks, energy drinks, which increases the incidence of obesity and diabetes.
